Eugenia is the CEO and Co-Founder of Satellite. Prior to Satellite, Eugenia was a management consultant at CapGemini, a global leader in consulting and IT services, where she experienced first-hand the challenges of project-based outsourcing for high-growth companies developing innovative products. Eugenia founded Satellite to create a reliable partner that will help companies scale and access top engineering talent abroad without the typical outsourcing pitfalls.
Eugenia holds a B.A. with honors in Political Science and Business Management from Columbia University, as well as a law degree from Belarus State University. Having spent 11 years in the US and considering herself a New Yorker, she moved back to her home country, Belarus, to help US customers build world-class development teams and remote offices at Satellite.
